Can't understand why it is taking OVER 2 DAYS to correct a problem with ProStores that the update caused. I used to have inventory listed on my website, but now it says IN STOCK. I NEED FOR MY CUSTOMERS TO KNOW THE EXACT AMOUNT OF INVENTORY THAT I HAVE but of course ProStores is dragging their feet. Thought that maybe I needed to check something, but I do have ENABLE INVENTORY checked. So what is the problem. Contacted ProStores & apparently the person answering the phone has no clue. How can an update be done when the CSR that answers the phone don't know how to fix? CSR's should be trained on the FIX before it is put into action. Now my store is messed due the a stupid upgrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
