Catalog Cleanup Tips

From time to time you may want to clean up your ProStores product catalog by deleting inactive or out of stock items that you do not plan to sell in the future. Here’s how.

Important! Please keep in mind before you delete products that you will be removing them entirely from your store catalog. If you intend to sell Inactive or out of stock products in the future, you can either keep them in the store or use the Export Data feature to make a back up of them before deleting them.

To see how many products you have in your store, you can view Total and Active products on the Product Manager hub in Store Admin.
